Our screens continue becoming an ever more present part of our lives and for many of us, it's time to better manage our time, attention, and our social media feed. It all starts with a breath. From here we introduce compassion to our imperfect journey of controlling our technology; rather than letting it control us.

The 1st EVER Mindful Media Makers course is in partnership with LA County Parks – for an incredibly reduced price of $35 dollars. Intended for youth ages 10-17, this class is designed for critical thinkers and will combine media literacy principles with the fundamentals of mindfulness.
